We try to keep our car clean and make it look and feel like a brand-new car for ourselves and our customers. Please help us preserve the beauty of this very expensive car by No eating, No smoking, and No pets in the car; No racing; No off-roading.

  • Range and Charging

The car will show 280 miles of range when fully charged but from driving over 65 mph speed and hard acceleration, it could go way down to 200 miles of range. The projected range can be found at the energy tab. Also, navigation will warn you if you do not have enough to reach your destination. If you have more than one destination you might need to use alternative mapping (ex. https://abetterrouteplanner.com or Google map) to calculate distance and make sure you have enough battery.  Just in case you do not have superchargers in your route please download Plugshare app on your phone and get yourself familiar where you will be able to charge. On the app go to filters then connectors select EV Plug (J1772), NEMA 14-50, and of course Tesla connectors. Please keep in mind public chargers charge approximately 20 miles per hour and regular 110V outlet charges 3 miles per hour. Most public charging stations will have the J1772 connector. The adaptor for those charging stations is included with the travel charger. Before unplugging press the button on the plug and wait 1 second until the light on the car's charging port changes to white color.

  • Battery care

The battery on this car does not like to be fully charged or discharged. If you can please keep the charge level between 10% and 90%. You can limit how much the car will charge on Tesla's touch screen or the app. If you can please have the car plugged in overnight at least to 110V outlet.

  • Rims

This car is equipped with 20’’ Performance Wheels so there is not much rubber to protect rims from the curbs. Each rim costs $150 to fix if scratched so please keep a distance from them curbs.

  • Reboot

If you are experiencing issues with the touch screen, navigation, music, etc. try to restart the screen by pressing and holding left and right scroll wheels on the steering wheel.

  • Auto Pilot

To initiate Autosteer, move the gear lever fully or halfway down twice in quick succession. To set the cruise at the speed limit that is currently being determined by Speed Assist (including any offsets that you have set), tap the speed limit sign on the screen. Or just scroll up and down right scroll on the steering wheel to manually set the Autopilot speed. When "Hold Steering Wheel" message appears turn the steering wheel slightly and it will go away. When approaching stopped traffic at higher speeds quickly lower cruise speed to avoid hard braking and take advantage of regenerative braking.
